The Q & A Series

As part of my effort to spread the word about history, meat, the food debate, and, yes, my new book, I launched a Q & A series featuring people involved in making, growing, or thinking about food. It turned out so much better than I expected, thanks to my amazing interviewees. I’m so grateful to them. Enjoy! (And before anyone gets all bent out of shape: No, I’m not equating myself with Mark Twain. I just like the image. Writer, sitting at desk, thinking? Get it?)
